Zarela takes Halloween dead seriously
We’ve always made a big deal about Halloween at Zarela. See our flickr pictures . This year we will have a Halloween party on Saturday, October 30th since Halloween falls on a Sunday and many people will celebrate on Saturday instead. It’s great because our customers will not have to choose between the parade and dinner at Zarela where they know that all the staff and me of course, will be dressed as rock stars and other performers.
HALLOWEEN PARTY HOSTED BY EQUINOX, TANTEO AND ZARELA
Best Costume Prizes by EQUINOX Fitness, Tanteo Tequila and Zarela
We spend hours on our costumes. My daughter Marissa used to always dress like an object. I remember her as a margarita, a box of chocolates, a pinata and a doll; then she decided to be icons like Frida Kahlo (a favorite of mine too), the Virgin of Guadalupe and I don’t know if she’s thinking of concoting something this year. I’ve been a nun, a moll, death, a doll, cowgirl, tehuana and other indigenous characters. But the staff is often the most creative.
More and more customers know we dress up and so dress up or not and come join us.
