In this section you will find and be able to order from amazon.com my favorite cookbooks and other books and those of friends I greatly respect and admire, cooking equipment that I use on a regular basis at home, and some of the most requested playlists from the restaurant.

I’ve also included links to websites I find useful or interesting or play a big roll in the care and feeding of Zarela, a list of my favorite restaurants and shops, and food markets to buy or order products that even kalustyan’s doesn’t carry!
