Chiles Relleno del Dia- Chef’s daily selection of chile of the day

Flautas con Guacamole- Rolled chicken tacos crisply fried and served with guacamole

Tamales- Corn masa with chef’s filling of the day, steamed in corn husk

Escabeche de Jicama- Diced jicama, carrots, and zucchini dressed with spicy chipotle dressing

Frijoles Colados- Black beans flavored with avocado leaves and chile arbol
